they charged me 400 dollars for a oil change after seeing my v6 g70, its not even that nice of a car. i called around other places and they said they would have done it for 120 no matter the car. these guys straight up robbed me. stay away.

I had a hugely disappointing experience at this Castrol Lube Express location. I went in for a routine oil change and, before the service started, specifically asked the workshop employee whether I could use the $10 discount coupon. He clearly said yes, so I assumed the discount would automatically be applied during billing. After waiting for the service to be completed, I noticed at the payment counter that the full amount had been charged. When I asked about the discount, the lady at the counter told me I was supposed to physically show the coupon. I explained that I had already confirmed the discount eligibility with their staff member and assumed it had been factored into the pricing. Instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they immediately shifted the blame onto me. The workshop employee was called over and conveniently changed his statement, claiming he had told me to show the coupon at the counter — which was simply not true. The issue was never about the $10. It was about honesty, accountability, and customer service. A customer-friendly business would have either honored the discount or at least offered a future credit as a goodwill gesture. Instead, they seemed more interested in saving every possible penny while making the customer feel at fault. I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced such a poor and dismissive attitude toward a customer. Would not recommend this place.

I asked the receptionist at the desk if they offer military discount and she said no… The previous receptionist has honored the military discount for two of my oil change services…? When did this change?

I have a 2017 Toyota Tundra that I been taking to this location for a few a years now, I believe going on 4 years. I bring my daily truck here to get basic maintenance. Oil change maintenance from my main oil & 4WD Oil Drums, I had my brakes changed here, filters replaced and I never had an issue. I usually wait about 15-20 mins max for a basic oil change. Waiting room is nice with bathroom and tv. Always clean and no issues. Awesome place, i recommend for all basic maintenance needs.

Just stopped by for an oil change and man can’t recommend enough, I was helped by Humberto and truly honest folks working here ..in and out 30min granted it was empty because they closed soon but yeah 5 stars for these gentleman .

I been going to this Castrol location for almost a year now. Big shootout to Humberto. Him and staff always do a great job on my mazda. Its nice having a place I can trust with my car. Its got over 200k miles on it so I'm glad they are to provide great service.

SUCH NICE STAFF!!! I’m wheelchair bound and they allowed me to stay in my van for the entire service. They made sure to show me anything I asked about replacing (air filter, wipers), versus just doing it. Thank you, I’ll be back!

I went to Premium Castrol Lube Express in Colonia, NJ for an oil change and had a great experience. The technician changed the oil quickly and did a thorough job. The price was very reasonable compared to other places, which made it even better. Excellent service and definitely worth recommending!

Went there and the guy told me 140 for an oil change and that it will take an hour 💀

I called twice before visit and they said to come in 10 mins and after I visited they said the mechanic was busy and asked me to wait until finish that car and while I was waiting there was another car came the mechanic who supposed to look my car got assigned to that car again and they asked me to come for tomorrow , they wasted my time for an hour kept in waiting and finally I left
